Antigoni Dounavi is a Surveying Engineer, holding a degree from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA). Her academic credentials are further distinguished by three postgraduate degrees: in Banking & Science from the Hellenic Open University, in European Youth Policies from the University of Macedonia, and in Environment and Development from NTUA. A Recognised European Valuer (REV), Antigoni has extensive expertise in both real estate and machinery plant & equipment valuations. She has been a member of TEGOVA (The European Group of Valuers' Associations) since 2012, with many years of experience in large-scale real estate projects. Since 2006, Antigoni has worked in close partnership with the National Bank of Greece, conducting comprehensive property valuations throughout Northern Greece. In addition to her freelance work since 2004, she has served as a scientific collaborator for the Municipality of Sykeon and as a professor at IEK Metamorfosi. Antigoni is a respected member of leading professional organizations, including the Hellenic Valuation Institute (ELIE), the Association of Greek Valuers (AVAG), and the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE). A frequent speaker at national and international conferences, Antigoni has delivered insightful presentations on real estate and urban planning regulations, demonstrating her authority in the field. Fluent in English, German, and French, she is currently serving her second term as President of the Association of Greek Valuers since 2021.
