Vicky Karga Kampani serves as Head of Real Estate at KBVL Law Firm, the sole Greek member of the Deloitte Legal Network. In this capacity, she provides high-level strategic legal counsel, focusing on real estate, financial regulation, and corporate law. Her work at Deloitte Legal is characterized by a commitment to promoting environmentally responsible construction and investment strategies, aligning with global trends toward sustainability in the real estate sector. She works closely with institutional and private investors, advising them on complex acquisitions, development projects, and the regulatory frameworks governing cross-border transactions. Prior to joining KBVL Law Firm, Vicky held the position of the General Counsel for an international debt servicing firm, where she gained substantial experience in corporate restructuring and Non-Performing Loan (NPL) portfolio management. She holds an LL.M. in Business Law and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Business and Insolvency Law at Democritus University of Thrace, further enhancing her ability to navigate complex legal challenges in corporate and financial regulation.
