With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Krysta leads the commercial and asset management directorate at OTE Estate SA, a subsidiary of OTE Group of Companies, the largest telecommunications provider in Greece and Southeast Europe. She oversees a team of 25 professionals who are responsible for the commercial strategy, sales, valuation, and workspace management of OTE Group's own portfolio of 2,300 properties across the region. She is also a Board Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Greece, the leading professional body for qualifications and standards in land, property, and construction. Head of the RICS Greek Sustainability Group, which promotes best practices and innovation in sustainability and environmental issues in the real estate sector. Additionally, she is a Lean In circle Leader for women in real estate, a network that supports and empowers women to advance their careers and leadership skills in the industry.
