Theodosis is Managing Partner at CPA Law Firm, independent member of KPMG International Legal and Tax network Partner, specializing in Electronic Communications Law (TMT), Energy and Networks Regulation & Competition. He has been with CPA Law since 2020 while before joining CPA Law, Theodosis has worked for a number of well-known law firms and has been for many years a legal advisor to companies in the field of Electronic Communications & Energy. He has extensive experience in corporate governance, M&As and has participated in numerus debt & structured finance transactions, spectrum auctions and public consultations, regulatory investigations & hearings, both in the telecommunications and energy sectors as well as public procurement projects, while he has worked in relation to emblematic projects like SYZEFXIS II, the ULTRA FAST BROADABAND (UFBB), the implementation of the National Emergency Number 112 and the creation of the National Communication Register (EMEP/ΕΜΕπ). In this respect, he has represented market players before a broad spectrum of NRAs, ranging from the NTPC (EETT), HACSP (Hellenic Authority for Communication Security and Privacy-ΑΔΑΕ), Greek DPA (ΑΠΔΠΧ), NCRTV (National Council for Radio and Television-ΕΣΡ), to HCC (Hellenic Competition Commission-ΕΑ) and RAE (Regulatory Authority for Energy-PAE), as well as DG Comp and DG Connect. He has also handled the establishment of the Greek Association of Mobile Telephony Companies (EEKT), having been for a number of years a member of its Board of Directors, Tilegnous and also the establishment of Victus Networks SA and Vantage Towers and more recently in relation to emblematic PPPs and Concessions. He is also acknowledged for his in-house practice regarding personal data/e-privacy/cybersecurity, as well as Legal Operations & Crisis Management, while he was listed in Legal500 “General Counsels Powerlist: Greece & Cyprus 2018” while during his term with WIND Hellas’ the latter’s Legal Department was listed in Legal500 “GC Powerlist: Greece and Cyprus Teams 2019”.
