Marie has 20 years of experience in Real Estate, Property Law and Urban planning by dealing with all kinds of real estate (private, commercial, hospitality, logistics and touristic) and in various regions of Greece. She has supported large multinational companies in the sale, purchase, rental and use of real estate. At the core of Marie’s practice is vast experience in all kinds of property contracts and a deep understanding of the real estate industry. Marie represents key stakeholders and market players providing legal support regarding spatial and urban planning legal framework, as well as environmental and permitting provisions for the implementation of their investments. She is leading and managing projects relating to real estate property judicial and extra judicial legal proceedings, public auctions and registration of securities such as mortgages and pre-notations of mortgage. Also, she provides legal advice on matters relating to the privileges of the creditors in public auction proceedings as well as on the legal situation of real estate properties and the factors affecting their market value. She is leading and managing projects relating to Real Estate, M&A’s and Energy. Marie has long experience in the handling of complex private and public projects with multiple stakeholders.
