Dimitris Andritsos is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Cerved Property Services. He held the same position in Eurobank Property Services SA from 2008 to 2018. He has served as Head of Advisory Services in the Real Estate sector of Eurobank from 2001. He has also worked at Eurobank Leasing where he held the position of Credit & Marketing Manager(1998-2000), while in 1994-1998 he worked for Bank of Cyprus, where he held the position of Senior Officer at Corporate Lending Division. He studied in Greece and Great Britain and holds a degree from Athens University of Economics and MSc from the University of Wales (Banking & Finance). He also holds a PhD from the Technical University of Crete, in Automated Valuation Models in the Greek Real Estate Market. He demonstrates significant experience in Portfolio Management, Investment Management, Management Consulting, and Structure Finance with over 20-year experience in the field of Real Estate. Mr. Andritsos had been Vice President of the Greek charter of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a member of the Advisory Board of ULI (Urban Land Institute) for Greece & Cyprus. He is also member of Association of Greek Valuers (A.VA.G) and Certified Valuer of the Ministry of Finance.
