Dimitris is the Founder & Managing Partner (CEO) of KENTRIKI – PROPERTY VALUERS & CONSULTANTS Private Company, with distinctive title Savills Hellas, which has been a member of the Savills plc International Network since 1997. He specializes in the provision of professional real estate valuation and advisory services to public organizations as well as to Greek and foreign private companies. He is a qualified Architect, graduate of the Department of Architecture of the National Technical University of Athens and a Member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE). He has obtained an MSc Degree in Urban and Regional Planning Studies from the London School of Economics (LSE). He is also a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and Accredited Valuer to the Registry held by the Greek Ministry of Finance. Dimitris has more than thirty years of experience in real estate valuations, portfolio analyses, feasibility studies, due diligence services etc. He also has extensive experience in investment transactions and negotiations to identify suitable investors and promote properties of a significant scale as well as for purchases, sales and rentals of commercial, hotel, residential and other properties.
