With significant managerial experiences under his belt, Luke Brucato has been dedicated to the digital evolution of real estate valuation processes for years, with the goal to provide the banking system with efficient solutions for monitoring real estate risk, due diligence for NPL/UTP portfolios, and support for credit granting processes.

From 2006 to 2016, Brucato served as the Marketing & Business Development Manager at CRIF, where he coordinated the development of innovative real estate services for the banking sector. He also represented the company in front of major institutions and industry associations in matters related to valuation.

Since 2014, he has been a member of the REV Recognition Committee of TEGoVA (The European Group of Valuers' Associations) for the certification of real estate appraisers at a pan-European level. After holding the position of Sales & Markets Director for technical real estate services at Prelios for Italian banks, with a focus on Automated Valuation Models (AVM), from 2021 to 2023, Brucato served as the Chief Marketing & Innovation Officer at RE Valuta. He led a division created specifically to accelerate the offering of innovative services.

Since September 2023, Luke Brucato has been the Chief Strategy Officer at Immobiliare.it Insights, the Proptech company specializing in real estate analysis for the financial operator market.
