Theodore N. Charagionis has achieved a MSc in Civil Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens. Ηis professional experience has been enhanced by postgraduate studies at UNIVERSITY OF SHOPPING CENTRES 1987 Atlanta (GA) and 1988 San Francisco (CA), Business Administration 1996 at STANFORD UNIVERSITY, Palo Alto (CA), Advanced Property Management & Development and Urban Planning the years 2001, 2002, 2003 at HARVARD G.S.D. Boston (MA) Leadership 2004 at LONDON BUSINESS SCHOOL while he served at HARVARD G.S.D. as an instructor in Advanced Management Development program.
Acropole Charagionis is the leading company of the family group founded in 1932, with activities in commercial property development, retail, development and operation of parking facilities and shipping.
He has served 1997-1999 the European Shopping Centre Awards Committee of ICSC as Chairman. Since 2006 is Chairman of the ICSC Hellenic Committee and member of the Advisory Board of ICSC Europe. He is a member of Urban Land Institute (U.L.I) and Chairman of SEAAK (Association of Investment and Development for Real estate).
He founded THEODORE & JΟANNA CHARAGIONIS FOUNDATION a non-profit organisation, which includes under its shield Hellenic Motor Museum, the first historic car museum downtown Athens, recognised as a Top Performing Museum as Reviewed by Travelers on the world’s Largest Travel Site “Trip Advisor” and for 3 consecutive years it has received the Certificate of Excellence and it is always featured in the top 10 museums of Athens.
