Orestis Rachiotis

Orestis holds the position of Senior Associate in Real Estate Advisory team at PwC Greece. 

He has experience in real estate valuations and asset management of REOs. Additionally, he is actively involved in M&A as well as in Fund Raising projects. Orestis has prepared a number of valuation reports for banks, REICs and individuals for loan securities, adaptation to IFRS and decision-making purposes. He has also conducted development appraisals, investment valuations and feasibility studies. Furthermore, he has experience as an Asset Manager of REOs where he was responsible for the process of the maturity of the assets, overlooking the progress of the Technical & Legal Due Diligence reports as well as all the required procedures.

Orestis holds a MEng in Spatial Planning and Development Engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a MSc in Real Estate from the University of Glasgow. He is member of RICS since 2021 and of the Technical Chamber of Greece since 2018.
