Nikos Papaloukas

Finance professional with extensive experience in financial services, including amongst other

AQR/Stress tests, loan portfolio reviews, loan loss estimates, loan restructuring and recovery

solutions, real estate valuations & legalizations.

Mr. Nikos Papaloukas is the Director of Cerved Property Services and heads the Division

aiming at the legal and technical Liquidation of REO assets, their energy upgrade, as well as

the technical works that may be required in order to upgrade the final product, make it

transferable and thus benefit from the best possible utilization.

Before joining Cerved, he had worked in the banking sector from 2003 to 2017, in the

Directorates of Lending until 2010 and Restructurings (NPL’s) from 2010 to 2017, having

under his responsibility SME & Corporate loans.

Subsequently and until 2020 he worked for NPL servicers holding Managerial positions.

As far as his academic qualifications are concerned, he holds a B.sc. in Business

Administration from the AMERICAN COLLEGE OF GREECE (Deree College) and an MBA from

the ALBA Graduate Business School.
