Ioannis Xanthopoulos

Ioannis is a real estate investment and development management executive with experience in cross-border investments primarily in the CEE region, and a partner at Livewise. Before Livewise, Ioannis has headed the asset management function at Bluehouse Capital, where he executed complex transactions including office developments in Bucharest, corporate restructurings and repositionings, and several JV partnerships on behalf of institutional investors, family offices, banks and pension funds. Ioannis holds a Master of Science in Real Estate – International Real Estate Markets from New York University and a Bachelor Degree in International and European Economic Studies from Athens University of Economics and Business. He is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and Chairs the Advisory Board of RICS in Greece.
