George Pentidis

George is a Founding Partner at Livewise, a specialized residential developer established in 2016 with a target to capitalize on the Greek recovery and a vision revolutionize the Greek Residential market. George has 20 year experience in Private Equity Real Estate. Before establishing Livewise, George was spearheading the deal origination in Bluehouse Capital for 10yrs where he has concluded more than 35 transactions in the CEE region, exceeding 500 Eur across all Real Estate sectors. George holds an MBA in international Business from the Athens University of Economics and Business and a BSc in Statistics and Risk Management from Piraeus University. He has also graduated the Real Estate Management (REM) program from Harvard University.
