Frank Roseen

Frank Roseen, of Greek & Swedish origin, has many years of experience in positions of high and individual responsibility. He holds an MBA from Stockholm University, Sweden.

He is currently Executive Director Capital Markets and Member of the Board of Aroundtown S.A., Luxembourg. Chairman of the Board of TLG Immobilien GMBH, Germany, Chairman for WCM GMBH, Germany, Member of the Board of Director for Stenhus Fastigheter, Sweden and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Premia R.E.I.C, Greece.

Previously he was the CEO for GE Capital Real Estate Germany and Central & Eastern Europe, CEO for GE Capital Real Estate CEE, CFO & Head of Asset Management for GE Capital Real Estate Asia Pacific, CFO for GE Capital Real Estate Nordic, CFO and Chief Investment officer for WCM, CFO for Xerox Sweden and for Philips Electronics Nordic.

Mr. Roseen has been Member of the Board of Directors of Bonava AB (listed), Sweden, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Star Ventures Real Estate, USA and Member of the Supervisory Board for Ronson Development (listed), Poland.
