Eleni Gerasimidou

Eleni is a senior associate at the Firm which she joined in 2022. Her practice focuses on land development, acquisition and disposal of real estate properties and large-scale real estate projects. 

She specialises in the execution of complex real estate transactions including acquisition, construction, development, leasing and sale of a wide range of real estate assets from office, retail and commercial spaces to residential, entertainment, hotel, leisure and hybrid retail parks.

Eleni advises on the entire range of property matters, including project finance, bond loan agreements, property contracts, preliminary agreements on the purchase and sale of land, horizontal and vertical properties, EPC and O&M agreements, insurance matters in the context of real estate transactions and commercial lease agreements for the purpose of leasing shopping center spaces, office spaces and listed buildings.

She also has significant experience in real estate privatisation tenders and concession agreements concerning marinas, exhibition centers and properties for hotel development projects, as well as corporate governance and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining the firm Eleni was Head of Legal at R.E.D.S. SA (Real Estate Development and Services), a listed company on the ATHEX and member of the Ellaktor Group of Companies.

Eleni holds a Degree in Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.  She is admitted to the Athens Bar (2008), the Athens Court of Appeals (2018) and the Supreme Court of Greece (2021).
