Chrysanthi Karlou

Chrysanthi holds a wide range of transactional and advisory experience with a focus on M&A, capital markets and banking & finance transactions. Her track record includes advising on international rights offerings and other equity offerings, Greek and cross-border M&A transactions, large scale financings, complex debt and equity restructurings, NPL portfolio sales and tender offers. Her recent work includes advice to milestone deals like Viva Wallet on the agreement with J.P. Morgan, United Group B.V. in its acquisition of WIND Hellas and in various NLP sale transactions.

Legal directories such as Legal500 and IFLR1000 have recognised Chrysanthi as leading lawyer for 3 consecutive years.

Prior to joining Koutalidis Law Firm, Chrysanthi worked in the corporate and banking department of another major international law firm.

Chrysanthi holds a degree (LLB) from the University of Athens, and 2 Masters degrees from Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen in European Studies and from the Institute for Law and Finance, Goethe University of Frankfurt on Finance (LLM). She speaks 4 languages, Greek, English, German, and Spanish.
