Christos Misailidis

Christos Misailidis joined Adecco in 2000 as a Commercial Manager and in 2004 was appointed as Country Manager for Greece.
In 2008 he took over the position of Regional CEO in Adecco for Eastern Europe, Middle East and North Africa with operations  in 17 countries. Under his supervision the company gained significant market share in all 17 countries, enjoying in parallel high levels of profitability.

He joined IWG as CEO – Asia Pacific & Middle East in 2016 to lead 35 countries, including large markets such as China, Japan, India and Australia, and areas of major importance for the global economy, such as Hong Kong, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates.
In May 2022, Christos Misailidis joined Blueground as the Chief Strategic Partnerships Officer and Head of APAC, to lead both the Asia Pacific region and the company’s global expansion through partnerships like JVs, Franchise, Management agreements.

Christos Misailidis is member of the Advisory board of IWG, an angel investor and advisor of numerous Greek start-ups.

Christos Misailidis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Athens University of Economics and an MBA from Portsmouth Uni, while he has attended Senior Leadership Programs at INSEAD and IMD
