Alexandros Vasileiou

Alexandros Vasileiou is a Civil Engineer (Faculty of Engineering of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki) and an Economist (Faculty of Law and Economic Sciences of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki). He was head of the Northern Greece Sector of the Real Estate Division of the National Bank of Greece. He is a recognized European Valuer REV (TEGOVA), registered in the Hellenic Ministry of Finance. He also integrated into the trainers registry of EKEPIS (National Accreditation Center for Continuing Professional Training), in the fields of Engineering, Financial Services and Sales, Appraisers and Auction. He participated in seminars about banking and real estate appraisals, as a trainer (AVAG, ELIE, and Public Universities). He is the Ex-President of theAssociation of Valuers of Greece –AVAG and a member of the Hellenic Valuation Institute. Today, he is the Chief Valuer and Development Officer of Atticabank Properties, a member of the Group of the Hellenic Engineers Fund (TMEDE).
