Alexandra Krystalogianni

Alexandra is a leading strategy and research professional, with over 22 years of international real estate investment experience at senior level in consultancies, investment managers and investors. She is responsible for ensuring Avison Young has an analytically informed view of current trends and outlook for the economy, financial markets and property sectors across Europe and globally, which impact the firm’s occupier and investor clients in order to guide them in their real estate decision making. Alexandra joined Avison Young from her own real estate strategic advisory firm and prior to that she has worked at Allianz Real Estate as Global Head of Research in Munich and Paris, and Schroders as Head of International Property Forecasting in London, among others. She managed global teams and projects and is an experienced public speaker, active member of industry and academic bodies. Alexandra is fluent in English, French, Italian and Greek. She holds a PhD in Economics and Finance and MSc in International Banking and Finance from the University of Reading, and a BA (Hons) in Economics from Athens University of Economics and Business.
