Active since 2002 on the sector of Real Estate Consulting Services. Since 2005, Maria is the Leading Partner of Real Estate Advisory – REA LP, acting as an Independent Consultant on Real Estate Investment, Development & Valuation Projects for various sites in Greece and Southeast Europe.

Assists and advises international investors in evaluating the appropriate real estate products in Greece that satisfy their strict investment and qualitative criteria. Conducts real estate market studies for specific types of developments. Performs commercial real estate valuations, appraisal studies, highest & best use analyses, feasibility studies, rent review studies. Provides general real estate advisory support, promoting of real estate market research reports, traditional valuations, rent reviews, general appraisals, development appraisals and advisory services.

From 2002 until 2005, Maria was a Development Associate in Lamda Development S.A. (Latsis Group). During her studies (1995-2000), Maria has worked during the summer intervals as a trainee, in Germany (Landesamt für Flurneuordnung und Landentwicklung, Kornwestheim, Baden-Württemberg) and in Hong Kong (Mannars Chan & Associates Ltd).

Maria has a Diploma as an Engineer by the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a Master of Science in Real Estate Economics and Finance by the London School of Economic and Political Science.

Maria is a member of RICS (MRICS) and an RICS Assessor in Greece.
