Mr. Kardaras has over 18 years of experience in the real estate sector, primarily focusing on commercial roles, leading teams, and managing significant budgets. He has extensive experience in managing real estate, ranging from high-profile Real Estate Structured Transactions and NPL management to REO management and asset divestments. He has held managerial positions within Intrum REO, Prodea Investments, Alpha Astika Akinita, and Emporiki Bank. Over the past few years, he has been actively involved in setting up REO servicers, successfully formulating the organizational chart, drafting SLAs, implementing procedures, and staffing the in-house team. An active member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), he holds an Executive MBA from the University of Strathclyde and two Master’s degrees from AUEB (Services Management and Applied Statistics).
