The art of negotiations has always possessed a sense of magic for Giorgos, a lawyer. Offers, counter-offers, legal contracts and closing deals in the best interests of clients have been giving Giorgos a buzz for more than 30 years and continue to do so. It was this mix that led him to launch Elxis in 1991 as he helped guard the interests of Dutch and Belgium buyers purchasing a second home in Greece. Since then the company has grown but its priorities remain the same, going the extra distance to add value for customers. Giorgos now supervises a 7-person in-house team of lawyers, handles contacts with major developers and negotiations for key clients, while also giving lectures and seminars on Greek real estate law. He studied law at the Aristotelis University of Thessaloniki, International Law (Melbourne University) and speaks Greek, Dutch, English, along with Spanish and German.
