Paula Booras

Paula co-founded White Deals having worked in the USA, Greece and SEE for a number of multinational firms. Paula has over 20 years of experience in the real estate & hospitality sector. Her roles entailed senior level positions at Bank of America, Arthur Andersen (AA), EY, CBRE and Carrefour. She has strong experience in the sectors of banking, finance, consulting-advisory, retail & hospitality, specializing in Investment Transactions, Development, Asset Management, Valuations, Project Management and Retail Operations.
She is a Civil Engineer from the National Technical University of Athens and has graduate studies in Business Administration (MBA) from Northeastern University, Boston, MA.
She has also received a Management diploma from ALBA.
Paula is a current Board Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in Greece and has held the position of Vice Chair of the ULI Greek Chapter from 2008-2010. She held a position of an International Company with focus on Hospitality.
Paula has financed multimillion dollar mix use projects in NY and the broader area of New England early in her career and advised the clients of CBRE, AA and EY on investments, valuations, business planning, mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, and asset management, with a specialty in Hospitality and Tourism. She has also negotiated, developed, leased & managed a number of shopping centres in Greece & SEE while with Carrefour.
She is a member of the Athens Real Estate Brokers, the Athens Chamber of Commerce and the Technical Chamber of Greece.
Paula is a speaker at real estate events, she has excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills and a strong Greek and international network of associates from her many years active in South East Europe (SEE) and USA.
