Costas is the Founder and Vice-President of Stirixis Techniki SA, a regional contractor based out of Rhodes, which specializes in the construction development and upgrade of high-end hospitality properties and large-scale public and private infrastructure, across Dodecanese and South Aegean.

With 25 years of experience, he has led the successful execution of complex building and infrastructure projects, particularly in large and less sizeable islands, where logistics and resource management are posing unique challenges.

He has a proven track record in delivering projects in remote construction environments. His expertise lies in overcoming logistical constraints of island-based projects, including transportation, material sourcing, and regulatory compliance.

Kostas is an Electrical Engineer from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) with a postgraduate specialization in Construction Project Management.
