Panagiotis Balomenos is the CEO of GAIAOSE S.A., a subsidiary company of Growthfund. Previously, he held the position of CEO at Hellenic Public Property Company (ETAD). Balomenos holds a degree in Survey Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens, an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading in the U.K., and a PhD in the Economics of Real Estate and Real Estate Investment from the Department of Economic and Regional Development of Panteion University. He earned his PhD on a scholarship from the European Union. Balomenos has taught Real Estate courses at the postgraduate level at Panteion University. Additionally, he has participated in a Harvard University business education program on entrepreneurship.
