Sotiris Tsolacos is professor of real estate investment at Cass Business School and the Programme Director for the MSc Real Estate Investment. Previously he was the Chair in Real Estate Finance in ICMA Centre, Henley Business School, the Director of European Research in Property & Portfolio Research/Costar and held posts at JLL London. Sotiris has years of experience in strategic investment research and risk management. He is working closely with property service providers, investment managers and private equity firms on a range of topical real estate themes including capital flows and real estate pricing. He is currently a senior investment advisor to KappaSigma Partners. Sotiris received his PhD in Economics from Reading University, he is a Homer Hoyt fellow in the U.S., a fellow of the European Area Business Cycle Network, a past president of the European Real Estate Society and the co-author of the books Real Estate Modelling and Forecasting and Applied Quantitative Analysis for Real Estate.
