Lila Tsitsogiannopoulou has more than 20 years of professional high level experience in the investment sector and she is specialized in real estate, management and business-development assessment. She is a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS), certified by the Ministry of Finance, and an Examiner for professional competence. She holds an MSc in Property Investment and a BSc in Property Valuation & Finance from City University Business School UK, while holding a Diploma in Micro-Economics from London School of Economics UK. She has served in senior and executive positions during her career, both in the private as well as in the public sector, such as Senior Executive, Associate and Manager, responsible for property valuation and property development in multinational companies (Prudential PMs UK, DTZ, Lamda member of Latsis Group, Lambert Smith Hampton-CBRE), in both Greece and abroad (England, Malta, Cyprus), with her main emphasis put on complex development projects, hotel developments, shopping malls and tourism/leisure concepts. Since 2008, as a Head of Valuation and Consultancy of the Greek office and later a Partner in Cushman & Wakefield, she has worked with and represented many Institutions and multi-national Groups. In April 2015 she was appointed Executive Director and executive member of the Board of Directors of HRADF responsible for the real estate and marinas, whilst in May 2017 she was appointed as Executive Chairwoman of the BoD of HRADF, responsible for all the privatization program of Greece. Today Lila is a Member of the Board of Directors of HRADF as well as in ETAD, appointed by the HCAP (superfund). She was born in 1976 in Thessaloniki; she is married with two children.
