Konstantinos Kollias was born in Larissa in 1976. He studied economics at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus and a PhD on the same subject from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
He has served as Special Secretary for Privatizations at the Ministry of Finance, Director General at the Educational Center for Public Servants of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Deputy member of the Board of Governors of the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB), representing the Hellenic Republic, Vice-President of the Board of the Gas Supply Company Attica S.A, financial advisor to the Minister of Economy and Finance and visiting lecturer at the Athens University of Economics and Business.
He currently works as a financial consultant and business development advisor at KLC Law Firm.
On February 2014 he was elected President of the Economic Chamber of Greece and on February 2017 he was reelected.
He is married and has a son.
